As a man, especially a man over 40, having a muscular looking chest is crucial. Aside from ripped abs, and big muscular arms, a good looking chest is a cherry on top for a good physique. Losing the chest fat and replacing it with muscle is not the easiest task, but it will be very rewarding when you accomplish that goal. When breaking down the chest, there are the lower, mid, and upper chest muscles. You do not always need different exercises to work all parts of the chest, but working the chest from different angles will help with getting a full, muscular chest.

In order to get a bigger and good looking chest, it takes more than just resistance training. Like I said earlier, you do not want to have a fatty chest. So making sure to focus on nutrition and HIIT cardio is also a big key to getting a good looking chest. The resistance training, paired with eating enough protein and getting good quality sleep, is the main components for GROWING your chest!

I’ve been watching your channel for a few years now and I do a lot of your workouts. Right now I’m workout with my son. I’m 65. We do the 5/3/1 workout so we’re doing a lot of push workouts and we also add a lot of pull workouts. My son says if you do to much push and not enough pulls your shoulders will start to hunch forward. Just writing this let people out there to make sure they do a lot of back workouts too. Thanks for all your great workouts and advice.😊

Hi Gary & Mark. I've been watching your videos I thinks for about 5-6 years and subscribed straight away. I've just turned 67 and live in Nottingham here in the UK 🇬🇧. I immediately liked your videos as they cater for older guys. The range of exercises focusing on the various muscles and the combination and HIIT training works so well for me. I only train at home and only use lighter weights to protect my joints. But my core and muscle mass is very good. Your stretching exercises and situp routines have strengthened my back to such a point I haven't been to my chiropractor for at least 4 years. I've learnt so much and have even produced my own fitness memoir book with all of the exercises. I can't thankyou both enough, I love training and do something most days. Looking forward to trying Mark's 300 rep challenge. Congratulations on your milestone it's well deserved. Wishing you even more success, keep those videos coming!!

62 and been watching your program for over 2 years. i’ve doing pretty much from all your advices but the eating part as i’ve got diabetes, i’m a little cautious of what i’m eating in case it’ll affect my blood glucose level. i can’t seem to able to find much information on this issue, but still. i’m most grateful for all your videos from you both! buddha blesses.🙏
