I’ve been doing this for less than 2 weeks, with a period break and I can literally see results! My breasts lifted so much and got a nice firm shape. I totally recommend👍🏼

Everyone thank you for the condolences . 💜 i will update around 9pm . I do this work out twice in a row and then add 20 pushups . I notice a difference now . Doing it for 14 days !

Day 1 : ✅
Day 2 : ✅
Day 3 : ✅ (did it twice today)
Day 4 : ✅
Day 5 : ✅

To all my girls out there: THIS EXCERCISE WORKS! I swear, your arms will hurt like hell when you first begin these exercises, but after a few weeks, you'll get used to it. As far as your boobs are concerned, you'll see results in the first week. Don't give up! The end result is TOTALLY worth it!!

I tried this and I tell you, IT WORKS! I went from flat to being able to actually feel them and touch them now! They even bounce when I walk! 10/10 exercise

Trying this for 2 weeks aswell
Week 1:
7/8-Day 1: wasn’t really paying attention
7/9- Day 2: already seeing a change
7/10- Day 3 1/2: starting to do this 2 times a day
7/10- Day 3 2/2: second time really improved it
7/11- Day 4 1/2: I can see them already coming in as I am halfway through week 1
7/11- Day 4 2/2: a little late into the night and it’s working really well
7/12- Day 5 1/2: it is working really well I can already see it getting firm on the 5th day but I’m going to keep going
7/12- day 5 2/2: finished ✔️
7/14- Day 6 1/1: done ✅ (btw this was not a typo I did miss 7/13)
7/15- Day 7 1/1: did it and officially done 1 week and I can see a massive change
Week 2:
7/16- Day 8 1/1: a new start of week 2 and I did pretty good
7/17- Day 9 1/1: did it ☑️
7/19- Day 10 1/1: I missed 2 days but I came back nice and strong and was ready for todays workout
7/25- Day 10 1/1 took a little break but I came back strong
7/26- Day 11 1/1 (forgot to update that day but it was done)
7/31- Day 12 1/1 took a large gap of a break but it still seems to work perfectly fine
8/1- Day 13 1/1 just one more day left
8/2- Day 14 1/1 finished it all

I took massive breaks yet it still worked perfectly. I’m going to try and make up the days I missed by doing this for 4 extra days but I finished it and it worked

I’ve been doing this for like 3 days every single day two times AND OH MY DAYS! This really lifted my boobs but not like sooo much, you know. I just see a little difference. Which I’m happy with. It did not only lift my boobs a bit but it slimmed down my arms too😍😍I definitely recommend this workout if you want to lift your boobs.

This helps with big boobs that sag too! My boobs sagged and weren't firm like how I wanted to. And I literally just turned 18!!! So I tried this for only a week! 3 times a day and omg my boobs are lifted and firm!!!! Gonna keep doing this till I die!

I never comment on videos, but this one really got to me. I've been doing this once a day for 3 days, and today moved up to doing it twice a day. I'm 17 years old and lost about 100 pounds since freshman year, and I lost mostly boob and tummy. This workout has changed the way I view my body, my perspective on working out, and overall my self confidence. Thank you so much for making content like this for young girls like me who don't understand a thing about self care. I've always thought that it was genetics, but knowing that other people work hard to have a nice chest makes me feel like I'm not alone. If anyone would like updates I'd be happy to give them, I'm not one to give up so easily :)

Update:

Day 1: I did it once on the first day, felt a little sore but saw no improvement.

Day 2: I did it once, and my chest could definitely feel the burn, the fat around my rib cage looked slightly more toned.

Day 3: This is where I began noticing a difference. They looked more defined around the cleavage, and my skin is slightly tightening.

Day 4: This day I did it twice at night, I could definitely feel the burn, and didn't notice too much of a difference, but I'm striving to work harder the upcoming days for better results. The results are a huge motivation!

Day 5: I did this workout twice in a row this morning and twice in a row at night. I definitely feel a strain in my chest, and I don't know if it's my hormones killing my self confidence or maybe the heat, but they seem flabbier than yesterday. I'll keeping working for results! I'll do it 4 times again tomorrow!

Day 6: I'm happy and sad to report that my lack of results from yesterday was in fact body image issues. I did this workout twice this morning and twice at night and boy do I feel the burn! I do an arm, core, and thigh/butt exercise throughout the day too so I was really feeling it. I look slightly more toned in the center of my chest, and they look a bit more perky than before! I'll be updating again tomorrow!

Day 7: I did this again, twice in the afternoon and twice at midnight this time, I was a little off schedule today lol. I'm starting to not feel as sore from this, although it could be the pain in my hips taking over. I'm starting to feel a little perkier, my posture definitely improved.
