Do These 5 Stretches Every Morning - Do these 5 exercises daily to improve your posture and prevent neck, shoulder, hip, back, and knee pain. Try this 3-Minute Morning Stretching Routine.

Set a timer for 30-second intervals and do even just one round through the circuit below to kickstart your day!

CIRCUIT:
30 seconds Child’s Pose with External Rotation
30 seconds per side Half Kneeling Hip and Quad Stretch
30 seconds Alternating Pigeon Pose
30 seconds Scapular Wall Hold
30 seconds Sit Thru to Thoracic Bridge

That child's pose with external rotation is a game changer. I have tried many things for my QL pain and sciatica and I had no idea how involved the lats were!! Thank you so much, always good content!

As I am now an “somewhat active” older adult I appreciate the “beginner” versions of the stretches. I have to warm up my body with a little cardio before I attempt even the modified stretches.

I miss my yoga class usually do a lot of these the camel stretch was great haven’t done that one. Mostly been sitting about cause of recent circumstances. Ty for the vid!!

When you said not to use your hamstring to compensate, it hit me that I've never activated my glutes properly even though I feel like I'm squeezing my glutes. 😟

I absolutely LOVE your videos. I love the detailed explanations. I love the modifications. I love the warnings with the overdramatizations. I love that so many of the moves can be done with body weight only or simple equipment that’s easily available at home. Please keep making them!

This particular set of stretches took stretches that I already knew and did and expanded upon them. Thanks!!

oh wow, thank you so much for this set of stretches! now that i am stuck at home and im barely moving throughout the day (well, less than working in an office), these are sooo helpful. I have been going to the gym everyday but at one point all my leg tendons gave up - they are super sore. I must have forgotten about stretching and mobility exercises!
