Not sure how to combine movements into supersets? Here are three ways:

1. Target opposite movement patterns - example:
DB Bench (push) + Prone Row (pull)

2. Hit the same area hard - example:
Dip + Tricep Push Down

3. Balance strength in different areas - example:
Squat (lower body) + Pull Up (upper body)
