Thank you so much Jeff, I use to spend about 5 - 6 hours at the gym every day 7 days a week. Now I spend no more than 5 minutes on a few compound lifts 1 time a week.

I've also started reducing my sets from 4-5 to 3-4. That's helped me. I haven't noticed any difference in my performance, long term. Thanks, Jeff.

Supersets are my go-to. While I don't save time, it allows me to do more exercises over the same time frame !

Remember: unless the lift just sucks, less efficient/effective doesn’t mean bad/worse gains. You can still get optimal gains from dumbbell standing curls as you do more optimal forms if you work them well. And also for most people the difference isn’t big enough to notice. Just lift

I'm on week 10 of Essentials program which incorporates some of this and have been loving it. Workouts have been quick but effective and I'm grateful for that.

This is why I workout at home. I can go from squat to dumbbell bench to curls without anyone getting mad at me for taking up 3 different pieces of equipment at a public gym
