for people that are to lazy to stop the video or else:

Bent Arm Plank
-easier on wrists
-more ab focus
-less load on shoulders

Straight Arm Plank
-builds wrist strength
-builds ab strength
-increases upper body stability
-full body exercise
-needed for calisthenics progress

Hours ago, i started working out after a long time. The last time i worked out i got pretty injured and i ended up not working out for a few months. Within those months i just ran to lose some weight and it worked. However, after watching your vids, it motivates me to continue working hard. Thank you, i appreciate it 🙏🏽
