Such a great video. Great form tips here. Today my plank was for 3.5 minutes duration. I’m not sure I’ll ever beat the Guinness book of records ! but I’m happy with where I’m at and will go for longer on my next workout. 💪🏼

Oh trust me, I can do it for 2 mins it’s just my mind thinking my arm placement is off a little but it’s really not but I still tend to move it and then I fall BUT I get back up and try again
