Just did three and a half minutes nearly well 3 min 18 seconds. Wanted to see after watching this how much I improved in 4 months which I doubled that. But of course muscle training and weight lose has definitely helped!

When I tried planking for the first time at like 14 years old, I couldn't do it, and settled on struggling to do a single push up. I then proceeded to be insanely sore for 5 days. Despite the infographic's claim, no, I did not become a demigod and a professional bodybuilder by day 5 lmao

i had started planking, and in a few weeks i hit a pr of 8 and a half minutes. which shows you can improve a ton in a short amount of time

I've been planking for around 8 months and have noticed pretty good changes, my best plank I got last week was 3 minutes 15 seconds, my abs are more defined and so are my biceps. I did also start working out 3 times a week a little after I started planking so that has helped a lot as well

I gotta say that adapting in the start is true because you think you give everything you have on day 1 . but on day two you know that your going in this and get stronger, so you will give1000% what you have in comparison to day 1.

Ok guys be brutally honest ive been doing 500 sit ups, 80 push ups, 4 min plank, 2 min left arm plank, 2 min right arm plank, and a 1 min 30 sec crunch

Im 12 and i started calistchenics 3 or 4 months ago and i can do 4 min plank!

I have actually been planking nearly everyday for the last six months as a part of my workout, and I gotta give it to them, I burned all the belly fat, got wonderful abs and glutes, completely changed my view of life in general, and can hold a plank for 4 hours no problem (I do it everyday so I'm very strong)

I never really tried the plank before in year 7 but I still annihilated my whole class at it ☠. I did around 2 minutes, but now 2 years later I can only do around 1 minute, yet I do planks more regularly.

I did a plank 3 days ago, and I lasted 5 minutes. I stopped because I was struggling a bit but I reckon I could do 7 mins without trying super hard and then approximately 10 mins max. I am pretty happy with this seeing as I am on crutches and so I had to the the plank on one leg.
