I was doing it incorrect, I used to start correctly and then will move away my hands from the shoulder, I observed it today and looked up for your video, everytime I am not able to do an exercise I look up for your videos, Thank you !

Thabk you for this! T.T I was taught to do it by resting on my elbows. It left me with some bruises, and was super uncomfortable. This feels much better, and I can hold it for longer!

My coach make me exercise core strength. The next week i could do plank for 1.5 minutes.
I can only last for 30 seconds the week before 😂😂😂

Please take Cristin's advice on the elbows. Hypertension will lead to damage over time. People who are double jointed typically have this issue in the knees as well. So if you're one of these people, watch out for locking your knees and elbows in exercises and daily activities in general. Great tips other than that.

Does it hurt anything if I do that full plank on my fist instead of my hands flat down? Can you tell me if that's ok?
