Did most of it in bed and then moved it to the floor. I guess i want to add that it can be extremely effective to do it in bed. Very relaxed now. Namaste.

I just can’t thank you enough. If it wasn’t for you I would hate yoga. I am obese and yoga with the other instructors leaves me feeling fat and frustrated. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It really is a pity that you only can hit the like button once! I do this relaxing yoga like four times a week! Often after a weight lifting workout, it's such a nice way to end your workout ❤
