Angelo's Mom Makes Home Made Bread

My mom makes bread the way she did in Greece. You need 4 cups or more flour, 1/2 cup olive oil, two packets dry active yeast, warm water, 1 teaspoon sugar, and salt. Follow along with my mom's steps, adding flour and water as needed. Your measurements won't necessarily be precise. And bake for about 11/2 hours at 350 degrees. We added olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano on top afterward.

Finally! I was waiting for this one. Looks great. A lot of people get really delicate when it comes to making bread and they baby the process. Your mom makes bread just like the old timers did, like they were mixing cement haha. And they didn't give an F about the shape and size because it always just tasted perfect!

I'm watching Video :) Angela Pls buy the Yeast in the Jar its almost as much as you pay for 3 packs. Its better and you put it in the freezer the little jar it lasts and lasts.

Angelo doesn't Ma have a Kichenaide? Mixer its a stand mixer its much easier to Kneed the Bread and it Rises so BIG AHH OMG Its Great!!!
