Angelo's Mom Makes Protein Scramble (Eggs, Cream, & Croissant)

From the cookbook Feeding Hannibal, with recipes from Janice Poon, who made recipes for the tv show, Hannibal, my mom makes protein scramble. It's pretty easy to make and is really good. Follow along.

For the first few minutes of the video my mom and are basically attempt to talk to each other.

The rice in the saltshaker absorbs humidity, to prevent the salt from clumping.
