Hello. This is 5 minutes of plank at home for every day. You just need to spend 5 minutes every day and do these exercises with me, and soon you will see positive changes in your body.
In total, there are 10 types of planks in the workout that change one after another. I did them without rest, if you still find it difficult to do so then take 10-20 seconds of rest after each exercise. Over time, you will be able to complete a workout without rest, which will be very powerful and effective!
