Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the videos you put out. I'm coming up to being 23 years old, and I feel like I've let the past few years of my life waste away, but now I'm going to make a big change for the better, and I truly have you to thank for that. I really like the fact that you also don't bring politics into your videos in a world where politics somehow injected into anything and everything.

They’re open loops in our head. What I’ve found is it’s best to label your thoughts and move on. If they’re important have a system that records it…I have shortcuts setup on my iPhone and just tell Siri and go back to the present moment and have time everyday where I organize my “second brain”(my important thoughts to brainstorm on them and tasks to schedule). Follow the schedule and everything gets done without taking time away from every moment…life’s great!

This is helpful. I think my brain having too many tabs open is often why I feel overwhelmed. especially as a mum, you are thinking about everyone else’s needs as well as your own.

he is so helpful, according to me he basically saying that you should not think and worry about everything at same time, and one touching habit is good so it clears the simple things that makes you worry, making you fully focused on other remaining things, that is according to me, i could be inaccurate or wrong but i don't think so because that's just me

When you are stuck at home with parents whole are not emotionally mature. And you're dependant on them for everything. I literally lost my mind today. Thousands of Tabs are open in the mind. But very helpful video.

Also, it is really good to document your thoughts/plans/decisions and stick up to them. It clears your “RAM”, so you will not worry about this and that. You will procrastinate much less. Dale Carnegie.
