I’m a single mother and a nursing assistant, living in Germany, with a daughter who’s almost finished with her university degree. It hasn’t been easy for us. Ten years ago, my ex-husband manipulated two of our three children against me and threw me out on the street. It felt like I was born again. But I had my daughter to motivate me, and I was determined to make a life for us. I studied to become a nursing assistant, in German, and today I feel fulfilled. I miss my other two children, and the pain of rejection doesn’t go away, but life goes on.

I'm so proud of my self I was able to stop smoking and drinking which really have a positive effects in my life, It was so hard in the first week but after almost a month I able to stop it and never looked back. Now I'm 2yrs without smoking ang 2months with no alcohol and it really changed my life I really wish I started earlier.

Waking up early is not a struggle for me. I developed a habit of early to bed early to rise makes one a healthier and wiser. I meditate at 5pm, join online devotions and mass. Then off to do my target of 7, 500 steps 4-5x a week. What I should start doing after watching this video is Journaling . All the rests are all what I have been doing. The key is discipline and perseverance

I stopped using FB all together and realized after one week, just how much more energy and time I had. My goals ave changed a lot, and now my fiance is cut way back on social media to. I've inspired her she said. And her mood and over all life is getting better every day.

I’m single for 9 years, when my hub passed away I work hard and till my kids now settled, and now I’m alone no really alone in other words coz my kids and grandkids are just couple of min near me, I feel sad sometimes feeling like I want to find someone, till I heard bout dating sites, I found nice chats but till now I’m single, I spent a lot of hours chatting but here I am singje, I’m happy I found your video, I think it’s time for me to change for something better than staying in my phone, I’ll try to follow what you said here coz I feel it’s for me, for me to wake up and change this bad habits, thank you so so much, I watch your videos couple of times to living my mind what have to do, as a beginner I think needs a lot of effort but I’ll do it, thank you so much more power to your videos, ❤❤❤❤

I decided this last night after my 6 year old grandson told me I’m fat then I started with 17 minutes today! Now I see this video! I have terrible back and neck pain from injuries but I’ve decided to do it and start slow and steady

For myself, I wake up every day between 3-4 am because I am a Muslim and we have to perform the morning prayer early in the morning. Therefore, I am a very healthy and comfortable person. This video is very important and useful. We thank you for it. The world is coming around to what India has been teaching for ages! Waking up early, doing Yoga, meditation, mindful eating with a quiet prayer were all taught in ancient India. Unfortunately, many Indians have lost this profound wisdom and are forgetting their roots! Glad to see people realising it now.

Waking up early! Waking up early every day is really effective. My friend has been doing this for years now, he is very healthy and extremely productive. His day usually starts 2 hours earlier than everyone else, so he has more time to work and enjoy life. He said he was lucky because he had practiced the habit of waking up early for decades. If he hadn't gotten up early, he wouldn't have been as successful as he is now.
