This couldn’t have been dropped at any better time. I am approaching two weeks clustered in exams and I am scarred with the bad grades of the last ones. It is so devastating, the pressure is increasing and time is running. Your video really gives hope to survive these two weeks

The brain overload for being constantly on a device makes so much sense! I've been trying to reduce my screen time, but it's been kind of hard. Doing other things that don't need you to be (active) on your device of choice helps, but the feelings of missing out, of needing to distract oneself, or loneliness when not connected with others do make it harder.
Some good advice I've heard is that addictions aren't "cured", instead you fight to the win every day, and it gets easier every time you do. Treating every part of yourself as one part of you regardless of judgement seems important, as well. Let's stay on it together ❤

Personally, I found myself reading (more) clears my mind very well. Its just "not thinking about something else" while reading naturally eases the feeling of inner struggle.
With that being said, I really enjoy these little videos and sometimes share them, so maybe other people can learn a thing or two.

The point about acting kind always hits me. I really do feel well, just by making basic things, like saying "thanks" or "please", greet someone well or just sharing a smile or a nod towards someone passing by. Coming from germany, kindness is not a very high valued attitude, but rather being disciplined, straight-forward and task-orientated. Yet I do think, it should not exclusive but just simply sharing a moment of kindness adds to the other values, as someone who feels good, also does the tasks ahead better.

Such timing. I was already planning on limiting my time on my phone ( soom scrolling through fanfics to be exact), and found this video to be insightful. Also giving me other ideas to try. Drinking more water, Journalling and taking breaks are things I also plan on doing.

I did some sort of journaling while in school last year, mentioning small things during periods and doodling and moments like when a music artists album drops or someones birthday that day and splatting my emotion at the time was nice and interesting to look back in my phone and that journal ❤
