I hope you enjoy this 55 min Full Length Mat Pilates Workout. You won't need any equipment for this total body Pilates class where we take the time to strengthen, lengthen, and breathe deeply.

You'll begin with a gentle warmup before progressing to a well-rounded Pilates workout. The class ends with standing Pilates exercises and balance work for an effective session for body and mind.

Great class to do in the morning/noon, with moments to stretch and breathe in between. Also a nice warm up to learn the open leg rocker with stretched legs. Nice class to come back into pilates!

Do you only have two hour classes? I just did your 6 yrs old one. This looks similar. I do enjoy the one hour if I am taking the time to do them. Thanks for your great instruction. I will do this one tomorrow,

This was perfect just what I wanted. I'm trying to get back in shape after not exercising regularly for a long time. But I don't feel wrecked after this. I feel like I got a really good workout and I feel energized.
