Thank you for the short yoga flow for periods, Kassandra. However, it will be helpful if you provide modifications for the poses as most of them are even more difficult to do during periods. I always knew not to do inversion poses during periods so I avoided the hip lift but raising my legs was comforting. The savasana was too short and rushed.

On every period, I am in pain, full of cramps, dizziness and discomfort. Some months ago I tried this video, to avoid pain relief pills. The result was amazing! I felt so much better, relaxed and not in pain anymore. I felt like I was giving a therapeutic massage to the painful area and the relief was instant and present. At first, I was worried that the poses will be hard for me, especially on my period (no experience at all), but it turned out to be exactly what my body needed 💖 Sometimes I choose 0, 75 speed, to have more time on every pose.

Very relaxing and did help with the bloating.But few poses need a lot more flexibility and should be done carefully .Thanks for such a wonderful video :)

It was really a very effective yoga class. Since you are on ur periods, it's difficult to even get out of bed. But cheers to all those who practiced this yoga class and found it very helpful. ❤✨

I'm on the first day of my period and tried this yoga sequence as I have all of the symptoms mentioned. I found this sequence helpful but the video moved far too quickly through each posture. My body naturally wants to move more slowly and easily when I have my period and it was hard to do that with the pace of this video.

I have endometriosis and as my days get closer to menstruating I experience intense low back pain and stiffness in addition to bloating and cramping. This practice was just enough. Didn’t have the energy to do anything longer than about 15 min. Thank you Kassandra!

Nice video! I opted not to do the inverted pose since it’s counter to the flow of my cycle, so I just rest my legs in a butterfly pose while on the block. Thank you Kassandra, so thankful for your channel! 💛

I really liked the majority of this video EXCEPT the lunges. That made me feel worse. Also certain poses were too short and you went a little too fast but thank you for this video. If I use this agin I will just skip the lunges. Thank you!
