I always like to stay extremely active while on my period, and it sometimes sucks to get going and keep up high intensities. But I always feel way better after working out. I recently took up yoga and did your yoga flow today, I feel better then if I had done a HIIT training. I feel more calmed, and my body and mind feel at peace with my spirit which is very hard for things to balance when you are PMS'ing. Thank you for sharing this, and walking us through in a calming, nurturing way that helped connect body, mind, and spirit.

You know you're PMSing when you start crying in the middle of this routine. :) This routine really helped. I don't know why I let myself get out of the yoga practice for so long. I like having an instructor to let me know if I'm doing a pose wrong, but classes can be so pricey. I've tried other videos, but I keep coming back to you, Sarah Beth. Your morning and bedtime routines got me through grad school 2 years ago!

I loved this video. I wish there was more time for hip stretches before supta baddha konasana. Can we pause the video to do these stretches between your suggested sequences? With thanks and love
