I'm a 16 yr old girl, ever since i started my weight loss journey i have learned what truly works and what doesn't. In less than 3 months i went from 163lbs to 141lbs, and the one workout videos i came back to very single time was this one. Obviously i started off with just this video and some cardio after, now i do this video every other day (due to work) 4 times a day, 2 times no weights, 2 times with weights. Janekate has seriously helped me throughout my weight loss journey especially with incorporating the weights.

So check in and it’s been a month my bra fat is nearly gone and back rolls are fading and of course I have been eating healthy and doing this 2x a week and doing it twice each time 🔥🔥🔥! So glad I have found you! 😁

I’ve done this video multiple times before but I just did it for the first time with weights . I used 5lb weights bc I thought it’d be easy plus they’re the only ones I got . I was humbled very quickly . I’ve never done an arm workout with weights before and my arms were shaking . Plan on doing it with weights from now on not just to get slimmer arms but to get stronger !

Just finished I love this one because I do your other back videos but it consists of a lot of floor workouts which are hard for me rite now due to a knee injury so I’ll definitely be doing this one for now on . Thanks girl 💪🏾🤞🏾

Alright! I've decided I wanna some/all back fat since it's the only thing keeping me from wearing crop tops and others.

I didn't measure my my back but just know I have 1 large back roll I would like to get rid of.

Why - I'm insecure
When do I wanna reach my goal - 3 weeks/21 days

Day 1 ✅ - The burn was intense and my arms hurt. I had to take a few breaks which stopped the burn. I'm kinda disappointed in myself so I'll do better tmr.

Day 2 ❌ - So I was so tired from yesterday that I forgot so I will do it tmr and adding an extra day

Day 3 ✅ - It was eh. Not much burn.

Day 4 ✅

I love your workouts. When I don't feel like going to the gym and dealing with the crowd, I do these at home and get an immediate burn.

You are the goat, I just tried this and my back and arms are on fire. I will be doing this everyday for a month and see how it goes. Definitely better than what I do at the gym with weights. I feel good already just after 1 day, thanks for this vid!

Came back to this video yesterday to see if I can finally complete the challenge of everyday for the next 4 weeks. Let’s go ! 💪🏽💯

Day 1 ✅ (02/20/24)
Day 2 ✅
Day 3 ❌Super busy today will double up tomorrow.
Day 4 ✅✅ (2x first set was unweighted. Last set challenged myself to do for first time weighted) was dreading it so much because I knew from missing yesterday I had to do double. Wanted to give up so bad, but that would have been too easy.
Day 5 ✅
Day 6❌ woke up rather sore and not in a good way and realized that realistically speaking muscle repair/recovery is just as important so I opted out today to heal a bit.
Day 7❌ had a bunch of exams to study for so didn’t get chance to.
Day 8 ✅
Day 9 ✅
Day 10 ✅
Day 11 ❌ lots of studying for finals so I opted out.
Day 12✅
