Thanks for starting with the true beginner exercises. So many assume that everyone can do a pushup/pullup/etc, which is endlessly frustrating for some of us

Fantastic video. Great to go through the progressions. I think we all tend to jump in at a stage a bit ahead of our ability.

4:08 this is true. I had been training deficit push ups on parallettes for quite a while before i bought my first gymnastics rings. I have never had any issues with the deep part of ring dips.

eccentric is king, my max pull ups went from 4 to 11 within a month, altho it may differ for people training in lesser volumes. I really wanted to develop pulling strength thus i was training pull-ups daily, I used to do 3 clean pull-ups and 3 negatives every hour, that wouldn't totally exhaust me but it sure developed great muscle memory. No joke It really worked wonders, obviously I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who isn't specifically training for improving pull ups, if your goal is back hypertrophy you should probably stick to a systematic training programme training your back twice a week

I love your videos I've been watching you for years and following your guidance

The thing i want to say is whenever you speak the "S" word, it gets so high pitched and i think it is a mic problem which you can fix, thats it

Although i love your videos really helpful keep uploading ❤
