This was interesting. I have to disagree with whoever said that all you have to do is believe. That would mean that most people are saved because most people do believe. Even Satan believes. Belief is essential, but so is repentance. Baptism is important because that's when we die, are buried, and resurrected a new creation that can come to the Father and He comes to you. At the point of baptism, you have opened yourself up to receive the Holy Spirit of the Most High Yah and the gifts that the Spirit brings.
And baptism isn't really a work. Working for salvation means, to me, that you a person thinks that the more people that he brings to church, or the more titles in the church he has, or the more he does to boast and brag how righteous the he is. God does give salvation freely, but there is a cost. You have to serve and worship the Most High Yah and love Him with all of your heart, mind, strength and soul. You can't put nothing before him, and you must believe that salvation comes from the Most High Yah and Him alone
