Hey family! There are some people that are promoting the false doctrine that you need to be baptized in order to "complete" your salvation. But, is this what the Bible teaches? Let's talk about it.

Hello saints, this is unrelated but I need some prayer warriors to help me pray that the Lord will bless my husband and I with a child. The doctors have said that it will not happen but I am believing God for a miracle. Please pray that he will bless my womb. Thank you ever so much!!

I'm 52 years of age and i really feel it's time i started to get god into my life! I'm going to buy my first bible because i want to read and discover gods word! I'm not a bad guy, but never really followed any religion as such! But i really feel moved towards god and learning more😊 I hope I've not left it too late at my age. Best wishes to all! Ian

Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.
(John 3:5)

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

Thank you so much for this teaching. My father was water baptized before he passed away, but my mother was ill and received Jesus as her Lord and Savior but did not get water baptized. She passed away before she could get baptized. I was so concerned about it, but your teaching has eased my mind greatly. Thank you so much again and God bless you and your ministry. 💖✝️🕊

Looking forward to the message. There is so much confusion about baptism. Do we HAVE to honor our parents, do we HAVE to witness, do we HAVE to love our neighbor? Of course, a born again Christian will WANT to do these things because they love Jesus and His word. This includes baptism. It is a command of Christ.

Jesus said to the man on the cross next to him "today you will be with me in paradise". (Luke Chapter 23 Verse 43). Had this man been baptized???

“One does not have to be baptized to go to heaven. However, believers and their children should submit themselves to baptism if they are able. God commanded that we should be baptized. But our baptism, the visible expression of what God has done for us, that is, God's grace, is not the saving power but is rather the divine authentication of God's grace. The sum of the Scriptures teach us that baptism is not our testimony to God about what we have done for Him, but rather baptism is God's testimony to us concerning His salvation promised, made possible, and applied by God the Father, God the son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Shall we deemphasize what the Almighty has emphasized? For not only did God command that the two sacraments are signs of salvation to be continued until the end of the world, our Lord Jesus Christ forever linked baptism to the mission of the Church in the world. For the Great Commission is Christ’s final mandate to the Church and is, therefore, our first responsibility. We are not only to make disciples of the nations, but the disciples should be baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

Only Jesus saves but baptism signifies. Baptism is God’s sign of marking you out, bringing you in, and cleansing you from sin.

Baptism is to be the norm wherever possible. Acts 2:38

We profess our faith in Christ through baptism.

Baptism is a loving sign from God that He washed away our sin.

Choose to be baptised. There are exceptions, but by God’s grace He will make a way for it to happen if you are willing. If there are obstacles beyond your control, you can pray about it. If your prayer is not answered, God will not condemn you for it.

Mark 16:15 and 16:16 Clearly States And then he told them "Go into the world and preach the Good News to everyone. Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned."

If I need to be baptized to be saved then I would be partially earning my salvation by action. 🌊

I feel that it's not only important to be baptized because it's a commandment, but it's also a good way for the person being baptized, as well as those watching, to have a visual representation of what it means to be saved, to have Jesus in your life and be a part of you.

Thank you for this video, Because I was thinking that if I could not get baptized then I would not be saved.
But because of you it's now out of my mind.
I will probably think of getting baptized in the future.
May the Lord bless our souls.

I knew you had a video on this! I recently made a buddy who leads a Bible study at my college, and I knew something was off (the Holy Spirit gave me discernment). I went to his church too, and something still seemed a little weird. Then I prayed to God asking Him to give me a sign, the next day we were having another Bible study, and a former member of his Bible study openly rebuked him right in front of me. Everyone thought it was just a result of persecution, but in my heart I knew that was God’s sign. Last night I found out that his church (an ICC) believes that water baptism is necessary for salvation. And today I rebuked him and argued with him about salvation and what Peter and Paul say. He told me that we’re supposed to read the word of God as it is, but God says that it’s open for interpretation. And I told him that what he believes is a byproduct of the church leader’s interpretation of the scripture and it’s a false doctrine. He wouldn’t back down from scripture and I didn’t know enough of my Bible to refute his arguments. But after watching this video, I know that I’m not crazy lol. I’m not going to confront the man, because it wouldn’t be Godly of me to rebuke him again, but if I ever get an opportunity to say something, I will definitely use some of these verses to make a case for the salvation given to us through Christ!
