This a great overall exercise. The lady in front with the eyeglasses has the biggest smile. So refreshing. She look like she's having fun

I love this exercise. At firs it was difficult for me, I was getting tired very quickly. However, in three-four months it will be very easy. These exercises are for all muscle groups. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to stay healthy.

I have been doing this exercise for a couple of months now. It an amazing combination of every muscle group. Genius! I am a firm believer that the Asian cultures have so many practices that are so beneficial. I also practice Qgong (chinese) and yoga (hindu)

Taiwanese long version of Japanese Radio Taiso. It's such a good workout which covers a little stretching, balance, resistance, cardio etc. First thing in the morning and you are set for the day.

I think this is why Asians tend to stay pretty limber as they age. So many of their exercises are based on stretching and limberness. Ours, meanwhile, are typically focused on brute strength and burst speed which is good... but, not when all of that damage catches up to your joints when you're 40+
