I suffered a stroke 2 years ago and went from being a very active 50 year old to struggling to walk. I had to give up work and hiking and have suffered from depression ever since.
This is the first time I've been able to do something that I could manage that made me feel good about myself! I feel great after your video and am determined to do it everyday! Thank you so much.

I am 76 and have been doing these two senior exercises every weekday since the first lockdown, March 2020.
Have lost one and a half stone and feel so much better.

I'm 31 and have connective tissue disease and arthritis. This is the best exercise for someone like me!! I've been doing these workouts for a few months now and they've made a huge difference to my mobility and fitness so thank you so much Joe!! Would love some more videos for variety if possible :)

Thanks Joe. I am 77 and love walking along the seafront and up onto and along the cliffs. Unfortunately I have to give it up for the foreseeable because of the Coronavirus restrictions and really appreciate these workouts. I do both of the seniors ones. Thanks again, you’re an inspiration.

I started doing the workouts with Joe at the beginning of lockdown. I was in my early seventies then, I'm seventy six now and still do daily workouts with Joe. It has definitely been beneficial to me. Thanks Joe.

I'm so happy I found this. Im 67 and I did the kiddies' session yesterday thinking it would be easy. I can't move this morning. 🤣🤣🤣 Will definitely try these and may be able to keep up. We all appreciate your videos and enthusiasm. Stay safe. 😘

Your video is just what I was looking for to get back into a fitness regime. When I was younger I exercised all the time & with work & family constraints got away from it & the healthier lifestyle I used to lead. I can't thank you enough for sharing this video. Your examples prior to actually doing the exercise as well as the timer clock is what all fitness video's should have! This video should win an award! Thank you again for sharing this video with us!

Just completed this Joe. Thanks so much for doing some work out for those of us that have limitations (back and neck trouble). I am 52, but this definitely increased my heart rate. From now on I will be embracing these workouts each morning. Thanks again.

I do your daily work outs that you put live for the kiddies at 9am with my grandson. We are having a lot of fun doing this - although i do battle with a lot of the exercises, I'm glad you have put out a more gentle workout for us 'oldies' ... and it's great that you show the exercise from different viewpoints. Thanks very much for your videos. (I'm in Norwich, UK)

I'm 65 & do walking but no other exercise as I hate the gym! I have a fairly static job normally so I will try to work this into my morning routine WHEN I return to work after lockdown. It's great that it's only 10 minutes, perfect for me. Thank you Jo for motivating & boosting my mood and getting me fit!
