Ingredients:
Any type of sausage
Bell peppers
Onion
Olive oil
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:
1) Cook sausage in a pan first, unless already cooked (if cooked, add in last).
2) Add in chopped bell peppers and onion.
3) Sauté the peppers and onion in the oil of sausage (add olive oil if necessary).
4) Add in 2 eggs and scramble.
5) Add your desired seasonings (i used salt and peppa)
6) Have with toast or eat it right out of the pan!
7) Enjoy :)
