Also for over easy eggs, spray a little bit of Pam on the yolk before flipping, works really well to keep them from breaking!

Thank you Dana and Matt for the great meal tips they look sooo good. Dana, Matt if you like avocados you can use in place of mayo, for egg salad or chicken salad just mash the avocado in a paste consistency and add cooked eggs or cooked chicken and put chopped onion salt pepper or what ever you like and put on toast, its good lol just something that I tried one day and loved it. Thanks again for the smile

I love you! I nearly cried of joy because this is already a favorite recipe of mine too! OMG! that tells me I am on the right track. I have been debating whether or not to include both protein and carbs in the same meal, allowing protein to dominate the total grams of each. I need food!

When you said chia seeds is when I think I cried! I love that you are natural and you radiate happiness and good health...mind, body, and spirit. I've always been athletic and am bodybuilding again. I'm 67! Training instinctually is always how I did things during my competitive years in the late 80s early 90's. I look at the videos of Ms. O back then and wow, women are incredibly awesome! We give birth! mine was 16 hours long! with no drugs, a hard leg day is NOTHING! right!? I saw your picture and I said to myself, "I wanna look like that". Except for a little crepe skin, I'm going to get as big as I can. I'm 5 feet 120 and use to compete at 105. I never want to be that light again. I want to be 115...lean. So without "dieting" I am going to stay at a weight where I know how my gains are coming. I don't want to be heavier to train. I want to be well fed, mind, body, and spirit and the rest will follow suit. SO MUCH LOVE AND APPRECIATION! totally subscribed!

One question, what are some good beginning supplements? I'm not a big pill taker. I like my food when I can get it consistently LOL I'm not a stay at home mom, I'm retired. I take glucosamine and chromium picolinate for helping me balance my sugars. I have a really high metabolism. My workouts are anarobic I know but that's when my heart gets pumping otherwise, I burn too many calories! I literally nap to save energy and heal after leg training. That's my book hahaha! I'm excited. Let the Crone begin! :)

Tried'em all. Loved'em all!! Yogurt, help hearts, chia, and granola was definitely my favorite! Absolutely love the crunch!! Used milled chia seeds making it easier to mix and consume. Pretty much eat a different one everyday and switch it up just a bit. Starting my Run Everything supplements tmro and I'm super excited!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Just subscribed to you!! Great tips. I’m only a small number of videos in and look forward to learning from you.
I’m cutting a little more for summer and would:
Parfait I would swap out honey for Splenda.
Shake I would swap out skippy for pb2 powdered peanut butter
Egg dish I would swap out oil with spray oil and not use country crock

Totally my opinion and personal taste, but would save some calories a bit. So far absolutely LOVE your content!!!!
