Here are a few breakfast ideas that are high in protein, quick and affordable! These are just the way and variations of how I prepare them as I don't like spending too much time in the kitchen. These recipes you don't even have to be vegan to make! These recipes don't require any cooking they are meals you simply put together! Enjoy!

Overnight oats are a gamechanger. I'll make a big bunch of glass jars (I just use old PB jars) filled with all the dried ingredients then cover one with soy/oat milk and pop in the fridge. The morning I eat it I will cover the next days one with milk and pop that in the fridge for the following day. Super super easy.

Adding chickpeas to avocado is genius! I am fairly new to eating plants only so great ideas like that make the transition that much easier.

For the last 3 years, I have had 1 cup of organic oats with turmeric, black pepper, & 2 organic bananas for breakfast; Mon. - Sat. 90% of the time😎.

I do the overnight oats already, but I never thought to mix chickpeas and avocado onto toast. This will be a game changer for my weight gain journey after being underweight for as long as I can remember.

I have plain organic oatmeal every day, but I sprinkle in various Navitas powders including pomegranate, açaí, and cacao, also dragon fruit powder from Pitaya foods. When I have soup, I throw in superfood greens blend (moringa, kale wheatgrass), adaptogen blend (Maca, reishi, ashwaganda), plus Ohm mushroom master blend, locally produced tinctures of lions mane, chaga, Turkey tail), a drop of iodine with kelp, and i drop in microgreens I grow using humama. Never thought I would care about all of this, but we have access to such amazing ingredients today! It all adds up to super nutritious deliciousness.

I love overnight oats, but like you said you can get bored with them. I’m trying the pb fit cacao one tomorrow! I’m always looking for new oat recipes!
