This is a great workout, for right where I am now. I am 65, have lost so much strength for some reason, and got diagnosed with Scoliosis for the first time in my life! No wonder I've always had difficulty with exercising my core. Being seated makes all the difference! Thank you so much! My fitness is improving thanks to these videos!

These are great for a Sunday when I want to still stay active but do a little bit less. Adding a few 10 min videos mixes it up and I feel great!
