OMG I am going to cry! I literally only ever have ONE dumbbell and it makes strength videos difficult because literally everyone uses a pair 😂. THANK YOU FOR THIS

Absolutely love all your workout. Which are practical. Knee friendly, good sweat, not boring, strengthening and just good enough for daily workout. Its like just nice. Not too much but powerful.
