Advice for beginners: Exercises will help. But the only way to get rid of fats, is

a) discipline. Watch what you eat and lower your calorie intake
b) discipline. Keep to a good workout schedule, be as active as possible. Stand up. Whenever you have time, do an exercise. Go on walks, your mental health will improve.
c) Find a person who motivates you. Any fitness influencer who isn't constantly telling you to buy a product. Some of them are: Noel Deyzel, David Laid and Sean Nalewanyj. They have lots of advice to offer. Listen and learn.
d) Last but most important. Resilience. Discipline without resilience is nothing. It's a struggle, yes, but at the end of the journey. Look back and appreciate how far you've gone. Then drag those further behind you with you. Pull people up. Pull yourself up.

You can't spot reduce, eat less, stay in a calorie deficit and workout, it can be cardio, weightlifting, anything really, just workout, keep consistent and don't give up and you'll loose fat

Science here: you can’t get rid of fat in a specific spot. There’s always a spot in where your body tends to gain fat: for someone it’s hips, for another person it’s belly etc. This is the spot where you’re going to loose fat the last. Simple as that.

This is actually somewhat accurate. Cardio and keep moving around. No dumb sideways sit-ups or side high knees

So many people who are saying ‘YoU cAnT sPoT rEdUcE’. This guy is showing great exercises to get your heart rate up, making you burn calories, putting you in a calorie deficit (given your diet isn’t trash). So yeah, you will lose side fat alongside with other places. These exercises will eventually make you lose that side fat.
