He ain't wrong. I went from 190 to 138 in about 5 to 6 months. Now I eat more of what I want and just fast every other day. You can keep the weight off and eat dirty sometimes, just not daily. Have to have discipline

Last summer I was 300 worked down to 245 in 3 months lost my man boobs and most of my abdominal fat. Gained about 30 of it back over the school year. Sitting at 270 my goal is 215 by the end of summer. Let’s get this 💪🏻

If you guys are confused a calorie deficit is when u eat less and burn more calories than you eat in a day eat healthy but eat less no processed or sugary foods

Sprint/stride at the park or local HS track. work up to 10-12 reps of 80 - 100m on a 1 minute cycle.

I think it’s three to four factors. Deficit, diet, cardio, working out. I do think the deficit and diet are the most potent factors to focus on. Cardio can just be walking the infamous 10, 000 steps everyday.

I was asking bc I don’t wanna loose weight but build muscle. I am rather thin a size 4 for 5’8 height. So when I walk or run which I love. I loose weight more weight and the little muscles that I’m trying to build. So I was wondering if there was a balance for situations like these?

Hey ive got this love handles since i was a kid… its been there for a long time… i look somewhat skinny but the love handle is tooo much… ive started lifting few months back and currently on a bulk… should i cut hard now and loose all side fat and then bulk or bulk for now and cut the side fat in the cut… the cut is gonna be for a long time tho… btw i can have a clean bulk since its kinda expensive and im broke

can you build muscles while being in a deficit ? As long as you eat lot of protein it should be ok no ?

Play a sport!
I went kind of went too far with it, but I dropped from 170 to 125 in roughly 3.5 months a few years back. I’m now currently sitting around 150 and I’m cutting to 140
Anyways, I would fast, play basketball during PE and lunch (when I was in high school) and would get home and immediately skateboard until dark.
Doing a sport takes the mental drain out of working out and adds a fun hobby in its place.
Cut the soda, cut the sugary sweets and eat smaller portions and when you catch yourself getting tired, keep pushing! You aren’t gaining progress if you aren’t feeling it!

Not in school anymore so I’m fasting and skating when I get home from work until dark.

I have one question if you could help me, I have to be in a caloric deficit without even eating small quantities of chocolate with cheat meal in order to lose fat ? I mean I should cut it off for months?

Let me ask you guys a question. I'm doing a body recomposition with a full body program and swimming on the side (I was skinny fat). Am I supposed to lose weight on the scale? Or should I adapt my caloric deficit to make up for my cardio sessionsAnd base myself solely on my measurements? I can't find anything on the internet and I'm afraid of stagnating. Thanks brothers.

I’m started 210 last year, am 154 now. I’m afraid if I keep losing ima lose to much muscle. If I’m in deficit I can’t gain muscle but if I’m in deficit, eating my weight it protein and being active will I be able to at least maintain whatever muscle I do have while losing this last few lbs?

Cut sugar and carbs. Add more protein. Workout a lot. Diet is so crucial though. Started working out 12 weeks ago. Started being food disciplined 2 weeks ago. I’ve made more progress in the last two weeks than the previous 10. Everyone’s different though. Get on that horse
