My appointment today got cancelled because of the low ticket price I put in your intake form but that's not the whole story. There is a ticket price of 50K+ per project with a high potential of repeat business that your team missed. It's too bad that your Appointment setters are too quick to dismiss and cancel the appointment. Or maybe if you can put a waiver in your website that you only work with people with XX amount of revenue, that would be a more positive experience. I don't ever want a potential client of mine to experience the quick dismissal and not accurate reasoning for cancelling a meeting. Thanks for providing great content on YT. You work so hard in putting great content. It's unfortunate.

15:32 feels it’s a different voice. Not sure if it’s a montage but feels like it. Also seems it’s going to be a difficult potential customer « how long is the call? » doesn’t seems he is committed to. $50k in 3 years not sure what he does but not a lot too. Hopefully he’ll warm up.

What I took away was the constant reframing and reminding about how they decided that they wanted this and he's just holding them accountable and by not dragging them gently to the finish line, they'd never actually pull the trigger since people are scared to grow.

Also, I wouldn't call this an out outbound call but rather a follow up lead generated.

you should put "roleplay" in title. "Live Outbound Sales Call" sounds like this is a real cold-call and feels misleading.

As an appointment setter your job isn’t to close brother. It’s to understand them and qualify them if they are interested then book an appointment. It shouldn’t be so long 10minutes max and moving on to the next
