There was so much I the first half. Don’t answer for people, don’t rapid fire, don’t go for a second call unless at least trying to go over material first, don’t maintain the same tone, etc.

I love that it’s rinse and repeat. You don’t have to try and reinvent the wheel. Completely disarming tone and communication. I am having the best conversations not making any assumptions, asking open ended questions, getting permission to engage; From the bottom of my heart thank you for all of this invaluable content.
