The fact that this content is free blows my mind. This is GOLD ! Incredibly useful and I'm sure all of us agents would agree !

That’s “pull away method” is great. I really love the personality he brings to the call. This one so much better and exciting than the usual “cold call” video.

Great information. Thanks

Well you convinced me had no idea that was a role play. Really thought it was a live cold call, great job.

This is exactly what we're taught for our apple sales support calls, apples known for having the best customer service and it's because we emphasize empathy. We start every call off with Triple AAA's, Align with their situation by restating it. Acknowledge their position, this is the empathy part. Then Assure them that you're here to help them, which is the confidence building part. I would say that the only thing missing the report building aspect, humanizing the interaction. Otherwise this is exactly what is taught for multi billion dollar companies because it works every single time if you utilize it correctly.

Great energy, great questions, you asked “does that sound fair” “does that sound reasonable” way too many times. That’s obnoxious as a buyer and feels like you just graduated sales 101. Nonetheless, love what you’re doing man

The script sounds great, but where it really starts to get rough listening to it is “in 30 days you gotta try something different”. Like what real person who doesn’t NEED to sell would agree with you? I understand assuming the sale and getting them locked on a timeline, but I think most people would outright reject this thinking “he means listing” or “something is up”. FSBOs are already very stubborn in most cases. Or maybe I’m wrong.

Still great stuff, to be clear.

The first call was compromising. It was more so here's what I offer, But you don't have to take my offer and I'll still wish you the best.

With my customer service background, I already know you can't use the same company scripts with everyone, and I often got in trouble for it because I was so blunt. Why tf would I upsell or offer someone a new product when they just told me they need one for free for a reason that wasn't their fault?! They say to use compassion but, when it's time to use compassion all companies see are scripts and dollar signs. It's fuxk compassion in situations compassion is needed the most. I loved how you read the caller and said fuck the script. You weren't thinking about you, you were thinking about how to cater to that specific caller. And that's exactly what I did for years, and got sick of it bc I was constantly told to stay on script EVEN WHEN I WAS GETTING MY FUCKIN HEAD RIPPED OFF 😂😂😂. If an agent can't tell when they need to go off script they shouldn't be an agent. ( And this is coming from a new Realtor with no experience yet.) I often worried bc being new I thought there was no way I could stay on the script with every person KNOWING everyone processes things differently and has many different financial/ life situations. And I thought no script? No success ): but I was wrong. Always show compassion compassion is the way even when it's not benefiting you, always show you're a good person even when you're being rejected don't stoop to their level.

AGAIN, I LOVED that first A lot of people won't realize this but to me, it was a mindset thing.
I got to see where your mindset was and I got to peek into the characteristics that you were displaying to tell what type of person you are. I'm someone who has the gift of reading people and analyzing situations before they get out of hand. And you earned my respect right off of that first call! You didn't force him and you didn't show you were selfish. You gave him options and they weren't "take it or leave it without me you'll fail" options neither. Good job, Brandon!! I value mindset over everything and like I said you have my respect it showed the side of realtors that barely gets talked about.
Like he said some were rude and instantly cut him off
