Ove vezbe vrata sam radila kad sam se ukocila i imala problem, ali i samo pamćenje koje moze da zalaze mi nebi bilo ok da se povremeno ovako i ne rastezem

This exercise does not stimulate brain function. You are not remembering anything, it is not even a physical exercise for fitness. Try dancing, quickstep, Viennese waltz, foxtrot, tango, rumba chacha, salsa bachata, swing, hustle, samba, Argentine tango. This will keep you in shape and really stimulate your brain function to remember all the steps, rhythms, different body motion to each different dance. Dance with different person to make you really think. Believe me it works for me. I am 86 yrs old and still dance 4 to 5 times a week.
