I have been doing different stretches in the morning before I get out of bed. I will try these out. At 69 years old, stretching helps a lot.

DR. Kristie, i am in my eighties and do everything for myself, you helped me when i hurt myself when carrying my backpack

Love what you are sharing !!
I have a mattress on the floor, for reasons i will share another time.
I call it mattress yoga. I use to do yoga classes before the covid out break. The mattress does challenge my balance more, kinda of a good thing, even during a lunge pose. And, there is an advantage to the mattress, i called it a default move. This occurs if i lose my balance or over stay in a balance pose....simple, gentle, fall into the mattress. Cannot do this on a hard floor.
So, THANKS, keep it up and come to middle Tennessee, everybody else.
