Wow, I feel like I ve found smth, I was looking for a long long time! Usually all the YouTube wake-up exercises are super boring, but these “fluids” is one of my favorite movements, when I dance... very nice feeling I found smth fitting me, thank you for the video!

This was totally different than other Mobility flow workout routines I have done before. This was like a 'dance' sort of and I enjoyed it. 😌

I discovered your videos searching for references for ido’s spinal wave. Even though it is an incredible asset in one’s movement journey, I felt a lack of depth. I feel that you managed to expand a lot the practice and taught me how to truly acess some areas in the spine that were kinda locked before, especially the mid back. Hi Nic I saw your video on Kales channel and I really like your mobility work. I'm 32 and I've never been able to kneel on the ground and sit with the tops of my feet flat on the floor like you are at the beginning of this video. My foot flexion range of motion is extremely tight. I've never had any major injuries. Any tips on how to work on that? I'm definitely going to start following your routines!
