The 10,000 step workout is finally here! BURN 700 UP TO 1200 kcal from this workout! You'd be burning an average of 700 - 1200 calories depending on your RANGE OF MOTION, INTENSITY and BODY COMPOSITION. This workout is low impact and beginner friendly. These are a combination of songs from previous videos (checkout my shorter videos). Make sure to pace yourself, keep a water bottle handy and just MOVE TO THE BEAT!

I was so excited when I saw this! Unfortunately, I was unable to complete it, I died out with only 20 minutes left. Not bad for this 64 year old grandma with bad knees! I know I'll be able to complete it eventually!

Great work out. Only did 5500 steps, but I am on chemotherapy treatment. So not to bad I guess. 😍

Day 1- burnt 675 cal
Day 2- burnt 687 cal
Day 3- burnt 713 cal
I’m so grateful to you for coming up with this fun filled wonderful workout session .. I’ve been into HIIT but I could barely burn 300 calories in 45 mins but this workout session is not only fun but worth it .. thank u bro keoni

Excellent video! I’m 74, isolated because of the coronavirus, but love staying healthy! This has made it a joy! I have really been enjoying doing this every day plus my outside walks add another 4000 steps. Excellent video. Plus the kitties running around make you laugh and take my mind off of what I’m doing❤️❤️❤️

My bff and i have been doing 10k steps daily since April 2020. Have lost 20-25 lbs each. We text each other to report what we have done. I bought a bike in July. Getting too cold to ride. I have a treadmill which I use. Just ordered an elliptical/ bike. This video will help with monotony of treadmill. Want to lose another 20 lbs. We eat a lot of veggies. Cut down on dairy, bread, pasta . Have gone down 2.5 sizes. 18 to 12-14. Feel great. We agreed the thing to do is keep body in motion that you are willing to do.

Another fantastic workout and I pushed myself to make it through! Really like the encouragement in reaching 1000, 2000, 7000, 10, 000 steps, the choice of music, and seeing your cats join in - especially when one jumped on the blinds (made me laugh). Thanks for helping to keep me going during our Toronto lockdown!
