मैं 70 year की हूं सिर्फ मुझे ग्लूकोमा हुआ है अभी एक वर्ष हुआ - मैं योगा, प्राणायामकरती हूं ग्लूकोमा के अलावा बिल्कुल फिट हूं। आपकी प्रतिदिन योगा Join किया प्रथम और लास्ट exercise के अलावा अन्य सभी मेरे लिए नई थी करके आनंद आया।

हमने आसानी से योगा कर लिया जो जमीन पर बैठ कर करना है वो बेड या कुर्सी पर बैठ कर कर लेती हूं।

Watched the video. I followed the 3 mobility and 2 strengthening exercises along with you. Very useful indeed. Will try and repeat them. The strengthening ex. Formation of Y WT was difficult. Will practise. Thank you Saurabh. Feeling good after exercising. 0:28
