After seeing a million different posture fixing videos from a million different channels all giving completely different methods, explanations, and coming from so many different types of people be it non medical people or people of questionable reliability (especially when many methods given have science that proves against it) it gives me faith that this channel and Athlean-X, both headed by dedicated physical therapists, agree on the same methods and explanations. It makes it easier to commit when you trust the info.

Hello, sir, please make a video about knee swelling. I have knee swelling for two years because of jumpers knee i think. I have seen your videos. I did the exercises and my pain has decreased a lot, but my knee swelling has not gone away, and I am very sad. please help😢

Whenever my hand or leg gets pressed by anything i starts to have little bit of vibration sensation in it and i want to cure it myself to do that i watched your leg stretch video but can't find any hand stretching exercise to improve my blood circulation.... if you have made something for hand exercises too please do let me know.

Hey, i know this might not be relevant to the video but im a flatfoot, flexible flatfoot as i get an arch when im on tiptoe. My question is should i still do the exercises i saw on one of your vids? If yes then can you tell me. Is two times a day good?

On your thumbnail, is picture 3 possible? I haven't come across anyone that has that as a natural posture. I've heard that having too much of a curve can add unnecessary pressure?
