My arms just feel like they have been ab-used.

Edit: This 28 days challenge was amazing i lost 3 inches on my waist and lost 9 kgs.
I did it for 2 months.

PS: Since a lot of people were asking so yes I reduced my fat intake. I didn’t take sugar. Included a bran diet. Took lots of fiber, ate fresh fruits. And yes keep drinking lots and lots of water(it really helps).
And i went for running daily for like 20 mins.

I dread this workout because it’s so hard! I pause in between when my body needs a rest, but I never give up. You can do it!!! Take your time to finish the workout and don’t quit! ❤️

This was absolutely one of the most intense workouts ever.. My hair and face are full of sweat 😰 but I guess it's effective as it's hard

One tip for those who don't feel any burn on their abs but only on thighs and arms: LOWER YOUR HIPS A LITTLE AND MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SPINE IS STRAIGHT and see how it gets your abs on 🔥

‌The first time I gone through your 10best exercises for collarbone I wasn't expected that I'll end up loving you forever and you'll become my motivation... I was working really hard to get rid of my body mainly belly fat so I was working out using belly fat burning app but I wasn't happy with results but still I was continuing...then I wanted to work on my collarbone so that I look slimmer and skinny atleast in my selfies...
