Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on upper body and abs! We will rock through 3 rounds of every exercise throughout the workout. We will rock for 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some light to medium heavy weights and let's CRUSH IT!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. All was tough but the bicep pulses was the toughest for me. I thought my arms was going to fall off.LOL. Thank you so much. Our trainer is the best.

First thought when I see a 30-minute workout: "Oh yay, only 30 minutes today!"
Immediately followed by: "Oh no, this is going to be intense!"
You would think after doing Sydney's workouts for so long that I would have figured this out by now. NOPE!
The hardest move for me was the ab move (22:19) where we extended and tapped the dumbbells behind us and brought one leg in at a time while floating them.

At 60, with old knees, and mostly a hiker and swimmer, I find your exercises challenging. I want to get stronger so I give it my all. I love your weight sessions!
