I truly admire his business acumen in establishing and growing a business. He is really dialed into his market and really relates well to them. His use of technology, social media to build his brand, and then getting out there "boots on the ground", meeting people. Doing it righ and bringing the same focus that made him a champion. And ready to get back on stage! ONCE A CHAMPION, ALWAYS A CHAMPION. Jay is truly amazing, and an inspiration not only re training/health, but also an inspiration to anyone wanting to start a successful business. And of course, I must admit, I am a big fan, and have that quad stomp on my greatest sports moments in history. Sandwiched between the epic Franz Klammer run and Ali's knock out of Foreman. Total respect.

Awesome advice you truly answered questions I needed answered. I was at 378 6'4", 48 years old. You truly motivated me to lift weights 💪. And that I didn't need a coach. I learned for the best. I'm now down to 291 and feel great. I'm ready for the next step.

Hardest part of dieting for me was trying to sleep on an empty stomach or no carbs in the evening. A belly full of carbs before bed helps me sleep so well.
