Its been 6 months now since i started intermittent fasting based on Dr. Pal advice, completely stopped fried foods and junk and it works fantastic. Iam a mother of 5 yr old and i got into my old shape like in college days. Thankyou Dr. Pal.

Intermittent fasting of 16hrs did wonders for my pcod, autoimmune thyroiditis, high cholesterol, weight loss etc etc

Absolutely correct Luke. I have a very healthy weight (5’4 height, 54kg ), no health issue and I do yoga everyday. I also ensure I have a rest day recovery day. I just fast 12 hrs as 16 hrs makes me cranky and dizzy. One size does not fit all. Diet, fitness etc needs to be individualized you cannot have a box approach.

I reversed my diabetes by fasting 15 hours. My bp came down, reduced dosage. I lost 7 kg wt, and am now 54.5, still losing.

I do 15:9 and sometimes 14:10 and it worked out pretty well.. I should also say my migraines have reduced a lot because of intermittent fasting .. Thank you Dr.Pal 🙏

Actually I rarely reach 16 and I stop by 15 hrs....but I guess like he says everyone should maintain at least 12....it should become universal

Intermittent fasting is for weight loss or detox, but athletes, pregnant woman, children need weight gain or maintenance diet. So they need 12hours fasting. There are different types of fasting for different body type. There are reasons. Don't spread wrong information.

I do 12 hours intermittent fasting with non veg diet. I lost 6 kgs in two months and I am sticking to it forever.
