Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you get your steps in inside. Today we are working for 30 seconds per exercise and we will complete 2 rounds of 2 exercises before taking a rest.
The objective is to stay moving, not to be perfect! I mess up in this workout, and it's perfectly fine if you do too. There is no requirement to step to a beat, be coordinated, or feel like you're dancing, this is simply a workout where we stay moving! Challenge yourself to get some high steps in and let me know how you feel when we're done!

Side to side step
Side middle side 
Knee tap march 
Forward toe tap on step
Low squat on step tap off to side
Butt Kicks with overhead punches 
2 punches across and a double punch
Straddle riser and step on and off 
Light DB punches forward with step up 
Standing climbers
Lateral Raise holds for 5 steps
3 steps and toe tap on the riser
DB Hooks with toe tap
3V side steps from the middle 
Quick feet sprint

This was different, but I loved it! I've been wanting Sydney to include more low-impact, indoor-walk type of workouts, and this was perfect. More like these, Sydney, please!!

I’m so excited about this type of workout. You did one in the Embrace workout, but that one may be a little bit more challenging. Sometimes I really just want to move, nothing too strenuous. Especially when it gets cold and dark outside, I know I will be doing this a lot on days when I can’t get out of the house. Thank you! 🙏🏻

This is definitely a “make it your own” kind of workout. You can add weights, you can raise the height of your step, you can advance the intensity of each move (march to jog, knee taps to high knees, etc). Great workout for everyone and every fitness level. I got just shy of 4000 steps. Loved it!💜

This was a really great fun workout! It's my birthday! 43 and I feel strong, and resilient, and proud of all my accomplishments and perseverance through all the struggles I have endured! Letting loose and just having a good time is a great thing in this very hectic world we live in! These workouts are great for us 40+ folks. I read (with caution - as I know there are so many schools of thought and marketing angles) that Low Impact is more effective than HIIT as you age. Please keep these coming!

I am post hysterectomy - so did this with alot of modifications (some of the leg taps were done sitting)....but...
So good to feel my body moving again ever so slowly!!
