cela fait une semaine que j'ai commencé les excercices avec vous et je sents et je vois déjà des transformations sur l'ensemble de mon corps. Je me sents beaucoup mieux dans mon corps. Merci j'ai retrouvé confiance en moi.

I started walking 2 weeks ago I'm now up to 12, 000 steps per day and it's a helping me lose inches and weight thank you💕
