Loved EVERYTHING about this one! The music, the moves and especially the calorie burn! I used my super fast feet lol with no breaks and fast walking through the cool down and burned 746 calories! The 20 second interval workouts are my FAVE. Thank you!! 😊

Ok y’all, I had to take 3 days off to recover from a pinched nerve & muscle spasms. What did I miss the whole time? These workouts! & this is precisely what I needed after 3 off days. Nothing too tough but heart rate elevated! Yay 🙏🥰
