Glad i found this, I do this everyday and sometimes pair it with 30min of jogging/running. Plus I started avoiding/decreasing fatty, and unhealthy food and drinks. 2 weeks since started, my BP went down from 140/100 to 120/90. Posting this comment to prove that this really helps. Lifestyle change is really the key to lower BP. I will still continue to do this onwards even after I reach my target BP of 110/70.

Okay when i was 24 i discovered that my bp is very high and also remains at 160/95 i was totally tense i went to the doc for medication but he suggest me not to take meds at such a young age as this meds are not good for a long term i was tense but doing alot of research in the internet this is what i follow and now my bp is always 120/80 it never cross from 125 at all..this is my routine i hope it help some one
Daily exercise like jumping jogging
Cycling for 5 km daily
Playing badminton and football ( i play football for hours)
cutting sugar and sodium at all ( just say goodbye to both until your bp comes to normal please don't take salt at all)
adding alot of fibre into my diet
avoid red meat and seafoods try be a veg for some months
eat alot of salad
avoid alochol(you can drink alittle wine)
eat less but healthy
eat alot of fruits and green vegetables
avoid food that cause gastric
drink alot of water alot mean alot
and finally i have done alot of yoga to control my bp and my stress yoga is everything you can control your stress anxiety and anger with yoga

Thankful that I found this exercise, I do it since last month everyday once a day, my BP was 153/100 and now it was 113/79. Also avoiding fatty foods and consuming more fruits and vegetables. Again thank you so much.

God bless you. Thank you so much. 150/76 @10:10 a.m. to 131/74 @11:15 a.m. after exercise. I've had high blood pressure for years. I'm 49 and want to get off meds. I want to add: My blood pressure would normally still be high even if I take meds without exercise. IT IS DEFINITLY THE EXCERISE!

This workout is fantastic! Seriously, if anybody doubts it, please go ahead & do it. It doesn’t work immediately but keeps at it. It generally takes about 1 to 3 months for exercise to help BP, but this varies on the person. My blood pressure has been normal for the first time for the last three weeks after doing this & my numbers were high. The highest was 160/95 now, I’m under the 120/80 range & I took myself off of my medication with my doctor's consent. I cannot thank you enough!

This is a brilliant workout. I do this twice a day along with a 35min walk and have reduced my blood pressure significantly after 2 weeks. I had BP 144/100 and now its 127/74 and forward to results after another 2 weeks. Great work Jayden, many thanks for the video mate keep them coming!

Thank you for this video, it really works for me like magic. I was scared I might end up on medication permanently due to my BP readings, it was too high 156/103 and the average I used to get was 143/92. My doctor advised me to exercise more and change my diet to fruits and vegetables. I search for exercise to lower BP and luckily I saw your video and decided to give it a try. Just like MAGIC, in Just 10 minutes I checked my BP later and it was 120/79. I was so excited and so glad.

I had an important Dr appt this morning at 10:15am if my bp wasn’t under 140/90 I wouldn’t be able to start fertility treatments
I checked my Bp at home at 8am and it was 155/100
I searched on YT and came across this video and did workout. 10 mins later
I checked BP again at 8:45 before leaving the house for my Dr appt and it was 138/90

When I got to dr appt they checked it there and the bottom number lowered even more 😮

Anyone doubting just give it a try it really works, my first try bp 174 over 114, 30 mins 149 over 89 and still dropping my last reading 123 over 91. I can’t wait till tomorrow to do it again and get stronger. Give this a shot! God bless the creator of this valuable info.

Brilliant! I tried so many things from diaphragmatic breathing, FDA approved Resperate, fasting but nothing seemed to lower my blood pressure for longer than 2-3 hours. This exercise routine is incredibly effective! It lowered my BP from 145/108 to 136/93 after the first session for about 12 hours. Then it went back up to 145/103. I did this exercise again and it came down to 117/92 after the second session and stayed that way for another 12 hours! I hope the workout continues to stay effective if I do it twice daily. It'd be great if we had a few more workout routines that I could use and mix it up a bit for maximum effect. Keep up the good work. I can even send some money your way. This is such a gift.

Week after : 125/75

What i do : breakfast with oat, a spoon of extra virgin olive oil and pomegranate concerntrate in the morning and before sleep. cycling around 30 minutes and this simple workout! thanks for this video. its really help reduce my blood pressure.

im gonna continue this routine for my better health. Better late than never!

Okay, so the numbers on the thumbnail are way lower than mine. I started doing this everyday (the first time I thought my heart might jump out of my chest.) My numbers went down by 30 on the top and 20 on the bottom. This result was accomplished in just two weeks, alongside two jogs a day, and a 5 mile walk. I've also been eating healthier, and taking Superbeets supplement. This routine becomes simple. My only gripe at this point is I wish I could edit the music choices by this point, not that it's a horrible choice of songs, but it just gets repetitive. I wish I could mute it and play my own thing, but I like to listen for the timer's beeps. Another sub-note is I have lost over 20 pounds in the same set of time. (6'4 from 264 -> 240) (171/117 -> 151/95) Thank you Jayden for making this so simple and probably saving my life, I feel so so much better!

Day 1: 145/80 after 10 mins workout. 133/80. Will keep doing this for week and update everyday 😃
Day 2: 150/82 after 133/78
Day 3: 142/79 after 131/77
Day 4: rest day ( sore thighs and body ☹️)
Day 5: 147/91 after 135/81
Day 6: 152/91 after 140/81

I'm going to stop updating not going to stop doing the WORKOUT. I'm working from home and very rarely go out in my case. Everyone else might be different. Thank you

I just recently started having bp issues and had some spikes last week that really freaked me out. Thats when i found this video and it dropped my pressure down. Iv been doing it every day ever since. I really appreciate your time and work for making this video.

I was trying for first time, headache gone. I'm 167cm/85 kg BP was 160/90 5 days before last night 130/90. This exercise very good for someone with obesity like me. Hope you make video for cardiomypathy problem.
I wish everyone here can get rid from high blood pressure problems.
