I have reversed my recently detected Hypertension. Trust me, I am someone who wants results with little comfort and here are the things which I did and if I can do it then I am sure everyone can..
1)I like meditation or rather you can say going into trance, thinking about good things or your dreams. Do this for at least 20-30mints. I put on music and just dream with my eyes closed.
I also do 5mints of deep breathing and conscious breathing whenever you get the opportunity, remember to hold your breath for 4-7 seconds each time when you inhale and exhale.
2) Be positive and keep on affirming good things throughout the day. A few days can go bad and it might be difficult, but still fake it and just recite your affirmations.
3)Walk or Do a little cardio you can even do at home 20-30mints is okay in the beginning. Better if you can do both.
4)Last but not the least your diet, food is the major culprit here atleast in my case it was. I started doing intermittent fasting 16:8. No meals means absolutely nothing after 6pm, only next day around 9-10am in the morning I will have a breakfast. Throughout the day also do not eat all those nonsense and crappy food.

Try these things for a few days/weeks and see the results. Work on your belief and keep saying to yourself that You Can Do It.

I would love a Plant base diet lots of water, fruits, and vegetables except it doesn't keep me fill because high content of water I add fiber rich foods but end up nibbling throughout the day!

When I was in medicine 50 years ago, high blood pressure was not a disease. In most of Europe, there is no such thing as high blood pressure disease or hypertension either. The pharmaceutical companies have been very involved in setting what the limits of blood pressure should be. That way they can sell more drugs. A person's blood pressure is what it needs to be. Drugs should not be taken to artificially lower it. 50 years ago, normal systolic was considered 100 points over ones age. Diastolic pressure being 40 to 50 points lower.
Just some food for thought.😊

I just learned that nitric oxide keeps my blood vessels relaxed and elastic, and its suppression can reverse the effect and cause blood pressure to shoot up. A good diet helps but doesn’t always cure high blood pressure completely or quickly. Amazingly, these 3 exercises that I have learned from Healsonate and followed for a few weeks seem to get my blood pressure under control.

I’m pretty sure if I lived on the beautiful property where he is sitting I wouldn’t have a blood pressure issue!

I share with you a suggestion for constipation, liver diseases, brain health and high blood pressure:
Before going to bed in the evening, a handful of yellow grapes are washed thoroughly and then put in a jar and freshly boiled water is poured on it.
The next day before breakfast, drink this grape juice and eat grapes.

Only thing is, I signed up at the gym, managed 15 minutes of really slow cycling before my pulse went too high and I had to stop. My BP shot up and later that eveneing, I passed out. No clue how I'm going to do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise till I'm tired for 30 minutes after! But I'm going to keep trying, untill I get there. If I don't get there, that'll mean I graduated with wings, trying to get there! 😵‍💫

Hi! Thank you so much for this! You give me hope! My BP is constantly very high! Recently it was 179/94. The Dr said I need to take medication immediately. I refused, as I want to cure the cause and not put a plaster on it. I asked him what could be causing this elevated BP, he said he doesn't know. (besides the fact that I hate being at a medical institution of any kind, so it naturally is higher when I'm there)
My Q: would it be helpful to take the HBP meds for a while right now, as a preventative measure, while I work to get it down for good by exercising, diet, etc? And then get off the meds again once I'm at normal BP constantly?
I am currently very inactive and about 10kg overweight. Used to be an athlete in my young years. I guess my body wants that back. I'm also on oestrogen suppressant meds & have survived cancer. I eat relatively healthy, but not mostly plant based. I don't eat junk food or even packaged foods. I don't drink or smoke and drink enough water....when I remember to. HBP is in our family, although I don't believe in it being hereditary. My Mom lived till she was nearly 94 and had had HPB for a long time. Resulting in her having mini strokes as her body aged, and in her last few years she had Alzheimers/Dementia because of it. I don't want to end up like that! It was heartbreaking to see what she went thru! My older brother has had quadr. bypass surgery because of severely narrowed arteries. He is fine now at age 74. Healthy and happy. My older sister is on BP meds. I, don't like medicating if I can find natural ways to heal. I also refused chemo & co and am healthy today, except for the hbp, which could also be due to the one medication I do have to take for the nxt few years. I managed at one time, to get my bp down to normal when I meditated on it to relax the blood vessels. But it only lasted during the meditation and for a while after, and I only did it a few times. So it can be done but at the moment I just don't have the discipline to be consistent with it, keep at it daily, and maybe even heal the underlying problem that way. I'm obviously my own biggest obstacle to perfect health 🙈🤥

If you have primary hypertension nothing will work. It will be just a matter of avoiding it going higher.
